Pluspunten
Benefits are great, especially having childcare onsite. A location in a rural country environment is nice. Coworkers are very friendly and most help to support each other.
Minpunten
Unfortunately the middle management is lacking real management skills and appreciation for their employees which brings down employee morale. Upper management doesn't seem to notice this and doesn't offer any type of help in resolving issues. And when HR doesn't even help you then you are totally on your own. Problematic employees are protected versus corrected. Employees leaving the company are telling the company about this issue, but nothing is being done about it. For being a 'health-focused' company they have a very toxic work environment that can affect your mental and emotional health.
