Pluspunten
There were good people to work with, felt like a team. Field work was fun and interesting.
Minpunten
With so many layoffs, it is not a team environment anymore but everyone out for themselves. No professional development (courses or conferences) available unless you are a favourite No room for upwards movement for females as seen by the very few females in leadership roles Poor pay. They pay you as little as possible with at or below standard cost of living raises most years, using the economy as an excuse. Salaries are lower than competitors. Numerous layoffs. Nobody's job is safe. There is no loyalty to those that have spent 15-20 years or those returning from maternity leave. The atmosphere is tense with everyone wondering who is next to be walked out the door.
