Pluspunten
Most of the staff, especially the field staff, are amiable and good to work with. Most of the senior staff are approachable and helpful. There is some flexibility with regards to location, as long as you're based near enough to projects.
Minpunten
This industry in general just leaves you with nothing if there happens to be no work available. And it heaps way too much on you when work is available. And of course you have to take it, to make up for the lean times. This is kinda true even for the office work, although extremely common with field work. I also feel the compensation needs improvement. We pay a lot for our degrees and then are expected to do pretty hard sometimes grueling work, we should be paid accordingly. My supervisors don't give me feedback unless it's bad.
