Pluspunten
- benefits are decent - some good people - you get a free lunch once every quarter
Minpunten
- since the arrival of the new president there is a decidedly anti-worker approach from upper management (some form of time-tracking for all employees) - unethical management (there have been cases where they hire two people for the same job, unbeknownst to those employees, and the 'lesser' of the two is fired after a short time) - micro-management is rampant throughout the company (good people who have brought the company to where it is have severe restrictions on their roles) - too many mid-level managers who bring nothing to the table (this ties in with the point above) - a severe lack of expertise in some areas (particularly in IT and Marketing) - have a clear preference for outside hires - outsourcing is commonplace - title upgrades are withheld for deserving employees out of fear it might give them an advantage when job hunting - strict department dividing lines, this breeds politics, finger-pointing, and breakdowns in communication - very stressful, with little work to show for it - everything is just unnecessarily chaotic
