Some really talented engineers as co-workers. Works out ok if your personal life is such that the balance matters. Very understanding on family matters.

Minpunten

very slow, indecisive and resistant to change management structure. Some really really bad apples, completely rude and unprofessional are tolerated for no apparent reason.

Pluspunten

Decent pay, good work culture and colleagues, interesting technical work, great engineering equipment. The company/management has always been super accommodating. Good rapport with manager and project lead. Work at an IC level is definitely recognized more than most other companies I have worked for, especially when one is motivated and takes initiative. Company is also very fiscally disciplined and maintains strict budgets. This is definitely the best job I’ve had in the last 10 years.
