I have never been more proud to work for Starkey. This company is truly amazing. The passion of the people that work here and the commitment to customers is unsurpassed in our industry. Competitors are constantly following our lead but never catch up. The company's focus on our patients is what drives us all. That combines with a commitment to deliver a million hearing aids to those in need this decade.

The only con is that more people don't know about what an amazing company we are.

Decent pay, good work culture and colleagues, interesting technical work, great engineering equipment. The company/management has always been super accommodating. Good rapport with manager and project lead. Work at an IC level is definitely recognized more than most other companies I have worked for, especially when one is motivated and takes initiative. Company is also very fiscally disciplined and maintains strict budgets. This is definitely the best job I’ve had in the last 10 years.
