Hire and Fire is their Mantra, so there is never a shortage of opportunity. It is so inadequately managed that you can get away with pretty much anything. People have gotten away with sexual harassment, scams etc...

People scammed crores from the company and a lot of innocent employees got terminated after being senselessly accused of having a part in the scam. The real culprits have not been apprehended and the company doesn't seem to care as long as they can shove the blame on someone's head. The culture here is one that has a blatant disregard from employee welfare. Employees were laid off during the pandemic citing their absence from duty as reason. The employees where told over the phone that operations will be paused and that they will be notified before they reopen, however they received a letter from the company stating that you are being let go because you did not report to work. It is to be noted that the employees where waiting to hear from the management after being told to wait but they later found out out that this was a ploy to kick them out for being absent. The HR department is a joke. Even matters as grave sexual harassment is dealt under the table. The department exists for the sole purpose of executing the managements agenda. I doubt if they even know what Employee relations mean.
