It’s a who you know company for who you know people. I seen people move up because they were either dating senior leaders children or who they knew someone in senior management. It was very upsetting to see people around you get promoted to leadership because of that. Especially when they didn’t put in the time or efforts. You get promised things then you get over looked. They have you meeting with numerous people to level up your interview skill set. However, it’s a huge closed door.
