Pay is decent and fairly nice vacation package. The multiple shift start is also nice and the 24 hour operation.
Minpunten
Modern day sweat shop in a nice building. Beware of a company that keeps a running ad and start a new class approx every 7/weeks with about 100 trainees. Their plan is keep about 30 of each class and dispose of 90 because they do not fit that mechanical robot type of personality. After about 6 months, they get rid o people who are not fitting into those robotic impossible metrics of 17 minutes for average handling time. Basically, without explaining to potential employees, its really a trial to see if you fit the mechanical mold that they are looking for but unfortunately, people are giving up whatever jobs they have and signing up for something that temporary without knowing. They manager informed us that if they crazy metrics are not met, they will help us to make the decision within 2 months. They need a machine to take their stupid loss reporting.
