Hard work is rewarded with more work and overtime. You are always micromanaged from your telephone calls to the amount of time you leave your desk, even to get water. The company used to have flexible hours, cared for its employees and offered career opportunities. Now, unfortunately, they don't even allow you to take time for the doctor unless its out of your personal time.
