State Farm has a top-notch intern program. They are dedicated to making sure that their college interns get real world work and skills. There is also a mandatory speech program and other intern activities that serve to form an attachment to the company and provide an opportunity for skill sharpening. I would highly recommend this.
Minpunten
There are no significant downsides to State Farm. The biggest issue I came across is location but now the hubs are available and there is a major hiring upswing in those.
