Silos -> In-fighting Grew too fast and inefficiently Boring tasks, they have good employees but choose to let consultants do the interesting work Stiff culture Over crowded office Boring building and location Very limited time flexibility compared to modern standards (not very inclusive)

My coworkers were thoughtful and knowledgeable and willing to share their time to train interns. Statkraft treated us very well and like full-time employees, allowing us to travel for work and such. I learned a lot over the weeks I was there and I am forever grateful for the experience. If you have the opportunity, reach out to colleagues in different divisions because they all have slightly different cultures and work habits so it really helps to get an inside view.

Minpunten

If you intern over the summer lots of full-time employees take holidays in July. It is understandable but disappointing that we don't have more time to work with them.
