Middle managers, and hourly team members in OPS are teriffic, hard working folks.

Minpunten

Where to start? HR actively creates toxicity by being openly combative towards team members. Executive leadership is absent unless it's to travel to Europe, or wine and dine the sales team. OPS team is rarely rewarded and when they are it is truly on the cheap. Finance suffers from tiny, angry leadership. Supply Chain suffers from leadership that simply does not communicate, unless to blatantly lie. Lastly, a Board that leads with lies as well. All strong leadership has been forced out in one way or another.

They are not very organized and it can be hard to know what you should be doing sometimes. People in leadership role (who do not have a science degree) tend to stick their nose into science that is better left to the scientists
