Pluspunten
The work is easy, as long as you know/pay attention to what you are doing and if you don't know what you're doing you can ask any store for help. There can be a lot of down time so for students its good time to study. Its also a good skill to have to help friend/family with technology.
Minpunten
The hours are long, it is hard to get a day off, upper management (corporate) is not organized, and seem as though they do not know what they are doing. They will also never promote you past Technician. If you have a manager that's how it will be until they leave. Upper management will only hire people outside the company for a corporate position. The company is also tanking fast, they lose money just about every day which makes the future look bleak.
