Senior leadership had little awareness of what was happening day-to-day across the largest and most important accounts. - Leadership over reacts to LinkedIn posts and uses as their main knowledge source rather than actually testing. - Strategy teams often lack deep client or channel understanding, yet heavily influence decisions, slowing execution and creating unnecessary noise. - Credit-taking is a real issue.
