      Culture is a good old boys club. The most vulgar, cutthroat, meatgrinder of management. People are treated as tools, even managers, if you are not one of the boys.

      This is a company where you can learn a lot if you are willing to take initiative. There are many talented people you can connect with who are willing to help you improve and do your job better. I also believe there is a real opportunity to regain stability and grow professionally.
