      Learning is good, as one person gets larger span of work as compared to other MNC OEMs. Good work life balance.

      Minpunten

      High attrition, main cause is very poor salary. No regular salary corrections. No scope to grow in career. No formal process for movements or internal postings. Leaders are picked by leadership, and not selected based on fair processes. No 360' review process.

      This is a company where you can learn a lot if you are willing to take initiative. There are many talented people you can connect with who are willing to help you improve and do your job better. I also believe there is a real opportunity to regain stability and grow professionally.

      There are still some organizational challenges, including unclear ownership in certain areas and a high level of uncertainty. The onboarding process could also be improved, as it mainly focuses on general company benefits and HR information, rather than providing role-specific training or guidance for the actual job responsibilities.
