If you prefer a stable, slower corp environment- you may not like this. If you are looking for every process to be documented and have instructions for you - this ain't for you. Company is growing and is working to build to a more mature auto finance company- along with it comes those growing pains. Some departments are not that great (leadership),but there are a lot of good ones too. Pay is not great.
