I loved my manager, remote work, generous PTO

Minpunten

Upper Managment has no clue what they are doing, No strategy or direction. Layoffs were made with no input from department managers, seemingly just from HR.

I learned a lot about energy storage technology and got solid sales curiosity training that strengthened my fundamentals and confidence in customer conversations.

Minpunten

The pace and ambiguity could be exhausting, and the leadership style sometimes felt unreasonable and fear-based, which made it harder to do sustainable, high-quality work.
