Poor work culture HALF national average for base salaries Overworked/not appreciated. Favoritism towards senior reps Favoritisms towards Folsom staff NO real support from management Lack of transparency to new hires about actual all in incomes. Company growth has management in WAY over their heads and they are chaotic at best trying to manage.

There is a lot of hardworking people who work for StemExpress who are willing to help one another succeed! The open door policy the CEO, Cate Dyer and her leadership team (all amazing females) have, has always made me share my ideas openly and the advice and support I have received for years has been unwavering. It is a great place to grow in your career and learn. Make no mistake, you will have to work hard as in any other company to get promoted but asking the right questions and using resources will take you far. Shadow people, ask for advice and do your best, and you will shine!

Horrible pay. Difficult working conditions. The CEO is probably one of the most dishonest and self serving leaders I’ve ever met. She lies about her experience, has gained success by taking advantage of other people, and is the must narcissistic leader I’ve ever worked for. There is no communication, employee turnover is horrible, and leadership is punitive by nature. Extremely unethical in how they treat employees. The CEO just wants to get rich and could care less about anyone else. This business will soon fail due to poor management and overall poor business practices. There were grumblings about inappropriate behavior and relationships between the CEO and employees and retaliation if anyone talked about it. I left the company due to their dishonest business practices and overall unethical values. I only regret that it took me so long to leave.
