Pluspunten
It was great to interact with the residents and help them to cook. The kitchen is big and has many amazing appliances. I concede that it must be difficult to eat with other people, if you are not used to it. It was amazing being in a great accomodation. It is nice to see that Step By Step has had a positive influence upon so many people.
Minpunten
Some members of staff take blatant advantage of bank staff and fob off their work onto bank staff members. Sadly, many of the times when I was having good conversations with the residents or interacting nicely with them, members of staff would often interrupt with something menial they wanted me to do that they could have done themselves. Some members of staff acted like they knew absolutely everything and were actually quite rude. Please, can some of the regular members of staff from taking advantage of bank staff? It is also a bit condescending to have the kitchen open only at certain times or making residents ask for a bag of crisps.
