Minpunten

There are some colleagues who aren't happy with anything the company trys to do. No matter what they complain. It's not a con with the company it's a con with some employees thinking they deserve more, even though they knew how much their wage would be when starting and they knew the hours. They just want to moan for the sake of moaning

As a not-for-profit organisation, our five-year strategy is built around a need to remain focused on delivering the best outcomes for our clients and adopting a commercial mindset to maintain stability and longevity for the future. We aim to be clear around the reasons behind our decisions within all internal communications, demonstrating transparency and clarity. It is also disappointing to learn that you have not felt supported by senior leaders, as we have many initiatives to ensure our leaders demonstrate the correct behaviours including a comprehensive leadership training programme.
