Pluspunten

Benefits package options are good. Retirement plan and company contribution is not great but they do offer both. The office environment is professional and mostly organized. Weekly office review meeting keep us all in the loop of everyone's work load. Everyone is willing to help each other succeed and share ideas/contacts. Do not pay overtime, but instead provide PTO for overtime hours.

Minpunten

Difficult to have one on one reviews with head CEO. Can be a stressful environment and prone to unnecessary drama. Office management should be more professional with staff.
