Each team claims to have the best people. The people are the best part of the company.
Minpunten
What they claim they are doesn't match their behavior. They claim to have career paths. They don't. They claim to be all about diversity. Not really. Most leaders are white, male, old, and European. They claim to have many women in leadership, but they are mostly low level supervisors with no influence outside of their teams. The pay isn't even mid-range for a software company in Atlanta. Leadership changes all the time, and each change brings chaos and stops momentum. The CEO role is especially precarious, but none of the C-suite is stable. I could go on about the lack of continuity and how it harms the business and the people.
