Open book management allows all employees to play an active role in the financials of the company, it's nice to know what you are working for. This also allows for Gain Share bonuses every 4 month period, they can be large or small depending on the financial health of the company, but they are always paid out. The CEO and the company as a whole are very verbal and appreciative of each others efforts on a day to day basis. Potlucks and parties are thrown by the company to show appreciation. Benefits and PTO after 90 days. Raises are not out of the question.
Minpunten
Not enough people or room to handle the current, unprecedented, work flow. A lot of overtime hours are being worked, proper compensation has not been determined yet. This has also detracted from the vision of "life outside of work."
