If you ignore this review, you will be the one to come back and write a review soon. Avoid this firm. Never consider working here, you will hate your life. Nothing is good here. The system is archaic. You are not even a staff but a contractor who gets to work on files here and there that the partner Natalie does not want. You supply your own equipment, pay your fees and do not get assigned any serious work.
You are better off not having a job, honestly and claiming EI or better still, work at fast food restaurants, at least you will be appreciated and get tips. Here, you will be depressed everyday, ignored by the partner, not have tasks to do. The office is empty and there is no one here. You are paid whenever they like, or once a month if you are lucky. You are a glorified notary public here and you won’t feel like a lawyer. When you leave here, you will land in a therapy. This is no exaggeration at all. There is no culture here, but a culture of frustration, lack of respect. If you don’t want to lose your self esteem and you actually want to practice Law, and you are an ethical lawyer, run from here!
