Minpunten

Emotional managers. No clear processes in place. High turnover. This is an hourly position that does not allow you to work on public holidays, but you also won't get paid for them, you just get paid less. The company is cheap and there's no windows in the stuffy, crowded office with holes throughout the walls and cables all over the floor. It's depressing.

Very welcoming corporate office. I feel very comfortable and confident for the long term. Work equipment is very nice.

Prior to joining Stonebridge, I had heard that it was a good company to work for. Now as an employee, I can say it's even better than I had hoped for. It's a welcoming and collaborative environment. You're given the tools to do your job efficiently and you definitely feel like you are part of the team. It's refreshing to work where you actually look forward to going to work every day.
