The company's poor onboarding process raised several red flags for me. I was left unattended for one hour, then another later on, without a proper place to wait while waiting for HR. They asked me to move from one place to another. Due to this bad first impression, I decided to resign within the same day.

Bad management that push worker without understanding the real issue. Keep cutting cost that effect the staff.
