Top management does not practice what they preach. They do what they like because they can. - something you thought was a favour to someone else, will eventually become your job scope under the term “ad-hoc tasks” so you can’t argue with it. - The priority is for you to achieve goals and targets. Your health, well-being, etc. no one cares. It is deemed a you problem not a company problem. - there are some great leaders. They will fight for you.
