I love the consistent hours, management, marketing, and that we are off on Holidays. I love that although we are a corporation, it is still a small business feel. The corporate office knows you by name, asks about you, and for the most part actually takes an interest in you.

Most of the locations I have been to are hard to staff. There are always a lot of changes that happen, some of the changes the employees are not made aware of.

I absolutely love working at StoreSmart. I love my management and the hours. The company offers a lot of perks after your probationary period. I have seen a lot of negative reviews that the company does not pay over time, which they don't. However, that is expressed very clearly before you're offered the job. The office has to be ready for business at the designated opening time, which only requires you coming in a few minutes before, and you make a commission off of leases. So if you have to stay an extra few minutes after close to get a lease, you are still getting paid.

The pay could be better.
