I have worked for StoryPoint Rockford for 3 years. When I first walked into the community, I knew it was an employee first culture. Daily, you see the dedication of our staff and can tell they truly love what they do. With our 1440 belief, we are creating the absolute best experience, with every person, in every interaction, every minute of every day. This has been the most rewarding job I have ever had, and I am proud to be part of this amazing company. By training our new employees, we aim to create a strong team who will connect and positively impact our StoryPoint residents. From our Home Office to our staff at the community, we live and work the 1440 belief. There is always support and endless opportunities for career growth. Great benefits and competitive pay! -Great opportunity to connect with new colleagues and leadership in a more relaxed setting -Well-organized overall, with clear effort put into logistics and planning -Sessions helped provide insight into my new company’s vision and direction -Positive, welcoming atmosphere that made integration feel smoother -Good balance of structured activities and informal networking time

-The only con, I can think of, was the travel....both directions we had a layover.....no fault of anyone, travel just took a long time
