- Without doubt, this is the sketchiest, cliqueist call centre I've ever worked for. Told by trainer that they have their favourites, and that management can be "rude". - Minimal pay. - No pre-shifts/mid-shifts (presumably to limit the amount of questions middle management will have to take from their agents). - Day-to-day 1-on-1 monotonous coaching sessions where the coach gives you the same spiel/verbiage. Questions go unaswered. - Encouraged by coaches to "play dumb" with donors or to outright pretend to not have heard their initial objections. - No opportunities to really get to know any of your co-workers. No chat options. Encouraged by management to "limit the amount of messaging" with them.
