Not much rigidity or firm deadlines. Ability to produce what you want to produce, great for intrinsically motivated individuals. Flexbile and understanding managers. Great exposure to thought leaders, corporate clients, and industry conferences. Generous salaries for entry level staff and excellent work life balance. Superb role for building future inroads into consulting and corporate strategy.

Minpunten

No structured HR group. Limited career growth. No 401k match. No business development staff, meaning analysts take on a lot of these responsibilities themselves.
