Leadership consistently oversells company capabilities while lacking fundamental understanding of the professional standards expected in this industry. Most troubling were expectations to misrepresent company capabilities to clients, including potential government customers - when data products weren't functional, leadership asked business development to present them as operational, raising serious ethical concerns about client representations in government and national security markets. Earlier reviews cited "sketchy business plan and return on investment," and my experience confirmed systematic financial dysfunction with chronic struggles to pay employees on time and consistently poor investor communications, creating serious questions about financial stability and ability to deliver on client commitments.
