As advisors to how run business, partners don't know how to run their own team, They got a big hole in a budget, Laid off 25% of team and since then culture died. Year after that rotation is still high. Renumeration is still cut-down and leadership has no vision on adjustment even after no updates when there was 3 years of inflation Huge variability between managers - some are great some are mobbing

You're put into a specific practice since day one and it's difficult to switch. If you end up in the PE practice, say goodbye to your personal life. Many managers are great at putting together analyses, but have zero team management skills
