Very long hours, very limited flexibility. HR claim they have flexible policies, but fact is that you sign up for 80+ hour weeks from the day you join the firm, so be aware of it. Bye to private life. Premium "MBB" feel from legacy Booz has disappeared, so don't expect to get the same benefits or prestige as with McKinsey or Bain. Lots of internal politics with PwC partners, especially around sales, which is frustrating. PwC strategy resources joining Booz after "buy and hold" period have poisoned culture and premium feel -- as a result, good people are leaving in droves. Negative brand impact from PwC acquisition.
