Minpunten
You never see family or friends. You never get to sleep in the beginning because of how much you have to study. Each day they give you a new process you have to learn and be able to repeat back, word for word the next morning. You're constantly pressured and made to feel stupid. Torn down if you don't improve at the speed they want. They lie to you the entire time about the company, what you're going to be doing, the benefits, time frame, HOURS OF WORK YOU'LL BE OFFERED, even if they don't have you on the schedule, you are required to go to meetings Tuesday through Saturday. You travel there just for a meeting that is an hour and 15 minutes, then you go home. You make about $10 for it. They claim full time but it's only part time hours. You'll only be put on the schedule 2-3 times per week. You will spend more money in gas than you make traveling to meetings with everyone, meetings with other people (that you don't make money for), and to different Sam's/Walmart locations they schedule you at. They claim they're going to pay you for travel, LIES! They only sometimes give you $8-$16 per paycheck for travel. Not every paycheck though. They hype you up and talk about all of the fancy things you're going to be able to buy one day, but you won't make any money when you're working there. You have a certain time frame to get where they want you to be or you have to leave. I've seen them kick people out because of it. They tell you they interview 200 people, and you're the "number one top chosen" which is a lie. They make you feel like this is an amazing opportunity and you're going to lose it quick if you don't accept. They bring in 3-4 new people every week. You're adviser will not have time to help you because they always have so many new people there. People leave just as quick as they come in. It's pretty ridiculous. In the beginning the CEO will tell you that you're going to get hourly plus commission. While I was there me and a few others came to find out that was a LIE. You don't get both. It's either one or the other. When the CEO was approached about it, his words were, "I don't know what I said." One girl recorded the original conversation where the CEO said you will receive both and another girl had it on a piece of paper where the CEO wrote it down for her with the numbers showing her both commission and hourly together. Also, they don't take out taxes, so you'll have to pay for that come tax season. It won't be much, because you will not make much money here. My advise, do not waste your time, energy, money, and enthusiasm. All you're going to be doing is walking around Sam's Club and bothering people and pressuring them to talk to you and buy something when they tell you no anyway. It makes you feel rude and dirty.
