      Pluspunten

      I started as a shipper here and worked my way up to a promotion to a sister company of Street Moda. Street Moda pays incentive bonuses based on performance so if you work hard and meet your goals you get paid pretty well for a warehouse job. They also have good systems in place that makes it easy to learn your job. If you want opportunity for overtime you will have all the hours you want to work during November and December.

      Their systems track employee performance, so if you work hard this is great but not ideal for folks who just want to skate by.

      Company offers no benefits, and you will have to pay an additional city income tax to the city of Jtown, where Street Moda is located, even if you don't live there

      overall has a fun and exciting atmosphere fast paced but not stuffy and corporate ability for quick advancement flexible scheduling

      Minpunten

      lack of benefits such as paid time off/ vacations/ holidays/ health insurance sometimes expectations of employees is out of touch of what is realistically possible training overall needs to be more consistent and made a higher priority for new employees employees are not always treated equally in terms of consequences for bad habits or praise for good performance
