I applied for a specific role with a defined Job Description. I had a nice initial interview with talent acquisition.
Relaxed team dynamic.
Minpunten
The JB and interview with the client was not the same.
Having to manage a different email account was time consuming, and if one didn't respond to the emails, one would be called out in a group WhatsApp message.
Too much emphasis on time sheets which were asked for way in advance from the end of the month which is not a true reflection actual work done at the client.
Issues raised with the client were not timeously attended to.
