The company also seems to prioritize non-technical roles over critical functions like the service desk, which is essential for keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring customer satisfaction. With a small team, this misallocation of resources made it difficult to maintain efficiency and meet the needs of the business. Despite claims of a "great work culture," I never saw it in practice. From what I have observed and heard this company historically struggles with talent retention, which leads to gaps in continuity and a single point of failure in key areas/LoB.
