Strive is awesome! Everyone I worked with was very passionate about what they do and super respectful. While working in operations I was asked to share my thoughts/give my opinion during meetings and I felt like my input was actually valued. I worked on multiple projects while I was at Strive and my manager actually allowed me to implement new features based on suggestions I made. The company was very organized and I had great work-life balance, despite it being a startup. Some team members are in different time zones, but everyone is respectful of your local time. The Strive team cares about your professional growth, development and are open to you exploring your interests at the company. They are also great at identifying your strengths and assigning you to projects that will hone your skills in that specific areas.
