There is a lot of ambiguity and uncertainty on an ongoing basis; as the business evolves, roles and responsibilities may evolve and change; the pace of work is intense - tight deadlines, commitment to outcomes, rapid-response in adverse situations. If you don't love what you do, and are not adept at being effective picking the right things to do (as opposed to trying to do everything, or what's most convenient, or easiest, or whatever), this place will not suit you.
