Wow 😭 Thank you for putting words to what we’re building here! Hearing that trust, creative freedom, and psychological safety are showing up in real ways (especially for creative work) means a lot. That’s the goal and we’re so glad it’s being felt. The callout around purpose and impact is everything. Education is heart work, and it matters that people feel connected to the why, not just the deliverables. When mission creativity respect align, the work just hits different. You’re also right about the pace. We move fast, we pivot, and it’s not always comfy 😅 but we’re intentional about staying aligned with where technology and learners are headed. Flexibility is part of the deal, and for the right people, it becomes fuel for growth. We have lots of good ideas but we are not afraid to ditch them for the right ideas. Management is poor, things are always changing, expectations shift without being communicated. Management never takes responsibility for their mistakes and tries to pawn off any poor results to those without any control over outcomes.

Thanks for sharing your experience. We’re sorry to hear it didn’t feel like a positive one. Since our Rexburg location closed about a year ago, a lot has changed across the company, but that doesn’t take away from what you experienced at the time.
