Pluspunten
- The people on the ground and the ones you are going to work with on the day-to-day are amazing. Not only are they caring and inclusive, they are people who care about the work and product that the company creates. - Because the people on the ground care so much the work matters and your contribution feels like it has/will have a real impact. - Benefits and pay are okay. Good PTO.
Minpunten
- If you are just entering the workforce this is a great place to start, but don’t stick around long as there is no opportunity for upward growth. - They promote improvement and will provide resources for you to improve if you wish, but nothing bigger will ever come from the effort you put in. - Leadership or anyone in a higher position are not open to change and are completely out of touch with those doing the work on the ground. The company is very bureaucratic. They sacrifice anything for streamlining what upper management personally believes to be best and saves/makes the CEO the most money; including partnering with an alt right group and laying off entire US teams for foreign outsource work (engineers and creative product production). - Upper management is constantly changing as your job depends on if you are willing to just sit by and do what you are told. Makes direction constantly shift and getting anything approved/going is hard. -Maternity policy sucks.
