The culture is truly positive and uplifting. Colleagues across the company are amazing, not just my direct team but everyone I’ve interacted with. Leadership is genuinely supportive, especially during challenging times. The sense of collaboration and encouragement makes it a great place to grow both personally and professionally.

Management is poor, things are always changing, expectations shift without being communicated. Management never takes responsibility for their mistakes and tries to pawn off any poor results to those without any control over outcomes.

Since our Rexburg location closed about a year ago, a lot has changed across the company, but that doesn’t take away from what you experienced at the time. Clear communication, accountability, and supporting our teams well are all things we continue to focus on improving.
