Every decision made is one to best serve the clients, but in a way that makes the staff successful at reaching their goals. At any smaller business, effecting change can be a process, so this is not something specific to Structure Studios. While you may not always be able to accomplish your goals how you want to do them in your mind, leadership is always there to help you reach goals regardless, and listen to your feedback on the process.

Work environment was laid back and not much got done most days so no real pressure to perform.

Benefits sucked, upper management are a group of misogynistic millennials who care less about support or morals, almost all of our clients were pissed about the way the spoftware functioned and they way they are treated, Overall toxic work environment and Noah was not involved with most of it so I can even support the CEO.
