Additionally, there are genuinely kind and supportive individuals across other parts of the organization which can make day-to-day interactions more positive.

Leadership lacked engagement and line manager provided limited direction, making it difficult to align on priorities or receive meaningful feedback. Team culture was highly cliquish and at times exclusionary, with an expectation to remain constantly active in Teams chats that detracted from focused work. Additionally, a senior individual contributor at the Associate Director level demonstrated a micromanaging and at times unprofessional communication style, which created friction and a toxic working environment.
