There is also no sick pay, and attendance is tracked through a strict points system that feels punitive and unclear, with termination happening once a threshold is reached. Overall leadership often lacks alignment, and agents are frequently blamed when issues are escalated. Even long tenure is treated as unusual rather than standard, which says a lot about the culture.
