The CEO, Zack Huhn, and COO, Austin Diamond, were great business associates. They provided me with a lot of interesting assignments that helped develop my skills. I learned a lot about education reform from working at this non-profit. They also assisted me with career advancement and tried very hard to place me with other internships in the DC area. They also provide excellent compensation and very flexible scheduling.
You get to decide when and where you work, and the work is really easy at that. They hold fun after-hours events, and the people seem alright.
Minpunten
The employers do not pay the employees at all. The organization is constantly going under and they run out of money and just refuse to pay the employees. Bosses will lie, make up excuses, and delay paying employees. It's really frustrating and makes the easy environment not worth it at all.
