High expectations with minimal time to get up to speed. Supervisors/managers can be distant with little feedback outside quarterly performance reviews.

They've got a real collaborative atmosphere that's fun to be a part of. They have MacBook Air for each of the interns to use in the office. They give you hands on experience with the higher ups in the company. They hold a lot of tutorials to teach you about policies and best practices.

You have to really love politics to work there. It's definitely a polarizing field so be prepared for some people to vehemently oppose what you do. As with all internships there is a lot of boring grunt work that goes along with the learning and excitement.
